Teaching has always been one of Lisa's truest passions, with over a over a decade of experience in various settings including private instruction, vocal ensemble coaching, a cappella directing and choral conducting. Lisa has also served as a clinician and adjudicator at festivals and conferences, including Sweet Adeline's A Cappella Harmony Academy, the National A Cappella Convention, Bucknell University's Voice Day and SheSings Vocal Festival. Lisa is on Vocal Faculty at Oakland School for the Arts where she has taught ensembles, solo repertoire and music theory since 2011. She has lead four generations of Vocal Rush -- OSA's premier a cappella group -- to National Championship wins and continues to raise the bar for the groups she works with. In 2014, Lisa was a recipient of the Mason McDuffie Education Foundation Outstanding Educator Award.
