WeSing Choir Experience – Bay Area Edition

WeSing is a queer-led, intergenerational and life-affirming community of humans, singing into the growing and necessary movement for our collective liberation. Our mission is to meet each other at the intersection of love, liberation and song.

YOU, beloved, are invited to participate in this special singing, visioning & community-building retreat plus culminating performance as part of the From the Ashes album release show.

Come learn, feel, sing into and be nourished by life-affirming lyrics and soul-stirring vocal arrangements in a fun and welcoming one-week choir experience.

SCHEDULE

• Retreat/Rehearsal Day 1: March 16th, 7-9pm at Oakland Peace Center
• Retreat/Rehearsal Day 2: March 18th, 11am-1pm at Oakland Peace Center
• Performance at From the Ashes Album Release Show: March 19th, 6-9pm at The Back Room in Berkeley

There is no prior singing experience to participate in WeSing. Our community members come from all backgrounds – some trained singers, some, car or shower singers, some singing for the very first time in our space. You are loved and welcomed. Singing is your birthright.
